Automated Dressage Times has arrived... an easy, automated way for you to simplify your show management. Automated Dressage Times is an online web application. There is no software to install, or maintain. Ride times are automatically calculated and assigned to save you time. You email all ride times by clicking a link. Your times are also posted online. You save more time because you don’t need to send post cards or take phone calls for times. How does it work? "In a nutshell", you upload a competitor file, or add competitors directly online. Add, edit, delete riders online. At the click of a button ride times are automatically calculated and assigned. When times are ready, click a link to ‘post’ the times so your competitors can see their times online. You click a link to email times to all riders that have email addresses. How do riders know where to get their times? When you set up your first show, we email a link to you that you put on your web site, or include on your entry form. Furthermore, you use this service to communicate with your riders. When you add a new show, you can enter a message. When riders check for their times, they see your message. For example: ‘Times will be available on Thurs 6/10 after 3PM’. You can change the message at any time. When times are ready you may want to change the message to tell competitors about parking, food, etc. It also may be a great help if you need to cancel your show due to weather. The Rider Times Report for judges and ring stewards can be printed or downloaded for use at your shows. A picture is worth a thousand words - click the Tour button on the right for a visual tour. Although this service is easy to use, there is online help with examples to guide you along the way, and a quick response to your emails. We understand the need to get times out on-time and are even available to help you on the phone, if needed. This program was written a number of years ago.
